Professional Skills for the Roll
- 5+ years of experience in Java development.
- Very good knowledge of the Spring framework and RESTful services;
- Knowledge of database development advantageous (JDBC/Hibernate/JPA);
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement;
- Oversee and engage into the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance;
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines in backend development activities;
- You are goal-oriented, work well independently, use your strong problem-solving skills in collaboration with the team and communicate well in an international and intercultural setting;
- Fluency on English language, both written and spoken.
