Professional Skills for the Roll
- At least 3 years' experience
- Experience with Dynamics365 platforms, especially D365 Sales, Customer Services and Omnichannel
- Experience in gathering requirements, configuring the system and ensuring that Dynamics 365 is adapted to the specific needs of the business
- Being the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation
