Professional Skills for the Roll
- Background in economy, Business Management and/or financing
- Al least 3 years of experience in capital markets and derivatives management
- Experience and knowledge of interest rate derivatives, FX options, FX trades, futures, bonds (foreign and domestic), repo, seclending, equity and commodities
- Experience with derivatives operation including cashflow calculation, settlements and clearing, swift (MT+MX), collateral management etc'
- Experience as a BA
- Experience working or leading complex dynamic projects
